Shipping Information

We currently offer only standard ground shipping in the US via USPS. Bottles and Discovery Stashes are sent on a trackable ground service; in the past year there have been no problems with delivery except with individual samples that are sent in padded envelopes without tracking. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Occasionally order and shipping confirmations don’t get sent but we’ve never had anyone complete an order and not get sent their goods. If you don’t receive an order confirmation or shipping email please feel free to reach out - but don’t worry, we’re on it and you will receive your order. MERCH is shipped by our print-on-demand vendor but shipping is still included in the prices.

Although we only ship within the US, we are very happy to work with international customers who are using reshipping services, or who are only in the US for a visit, or who have a friend in the US who is willing to send a package on to them…. In fact, we are generous with international customers. Ideally we’d be sending our fragrances to anyone in the world who wants them, or to stores where they could buy them, but that’s just not in the cards right now.

No-Return Policy

We stand behind out fragrances 100% and want you to be happy. However, it is on you to sample before buying because we no longer (as of May 2025) accept returns or exchanges unless the fault lies on our end (and btw we never accepted them on opened bottles; that reviewer lied and hadn’t read the policy).
Orders can be cancelled before they’re shipped for a refund minus $10 to cover transaction fees. Please contact us asap if there are problems or for special requests, we always do our best to accommodate.
