Shipping Information

We currently offer only standard, ground shipping in the US via USPS. Bottle purchases are shipped with signature confirmation unless requested otherwise, samples are not. If you request no signature confirmation, you will be out of luck if the package disappears.

Return Policy

We stand behind out products 100% and want you to be happy. However, it is on you to sample before buying or to request a complimentary sample to try first when blind buying a full bottle. For obvious reasons, opened bottles with the tube seal broken can’t be returned simply because the fragrance wasn’t what you expected. Unopened bottles with undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund minus a $25 fee to cover outbound postage, packaging, and labor. Please contact us asap if there are problems with a bottle or delivery - but also, please know that USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered before the actually arrive.
