Key lime, bitter orange, mandarin, cognac, lychee, rose, jasmine sambac, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco, orris, saffron, frankincense, cypress wood, cedar, oud, leather, civet, vetiver and sandalwood form a mesmerizing accord that speaks of intelligence and good breeding. NOTE 3/18 - The current MASTER is almost sold out. Fortunately the new batch is ready and the first of it has been aged, filtered and bottled and is good to go. This isn’t one of those brands that’s all about being sold out for months on end and there were no real materials issues with mixing the new batch, only some minor tweaks to the topnote.

“Dropping in to express my love of Master as well. It’s a tough one to explain for me but it feels like the concentrated distilled essence of a certain facet of leather that I’ve always loved and rarely find in supposed “leather” perfumes. Not animalic, not “smooth”, not an IBQ thing, but a sort of Fossil Store-meets-solvent thing. it’s way more astringent and bracing than most leathers I’ve tried and it actually reminds me of my weird childhood urge to sniff sharpies and gas but it’s simultaneously just a really beautiful well rounded scent that pulls compliments.
